Warranty Policy

If a product you bought from Kingstore Electronics Cyprus arrives damaged or develops a fault, please contact us with your order number and a description of the problem. Photos help us deal with it quickly.

Once we have confirmed the problem, we will tell you how to return the product. After inspecting it, we will offer you a replacement or a refund, according to your preference.

Some products also come with a manufacturer's warranty, described in the documentation supplied with the product.

This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under Cyprus law, including your rights when goods are not in conformity with the contract.
