Returns & Refunds Policy

This page explains how to return a product you bought from Kingstore Electronics Cyprus. It is part of our Terms & Conditions. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

How to request a return

1. Fill in our Returns form with your order ID, the order date, the product and the reason for the return. You can also contact us by telephone or email.
2. We will review your request and give you a return (RMA) number.
3. We will tell you how to send the product back. Please do not send a product back before we have confirmed your request.

Wrong product received

If you received a product you did not order, choose "Received Wrong Item" in the Returns form or contact us, and we will arrange the next steps with you.

Changing your mind

If you change your mind after receiving your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the product.

Refunds

Refunds are made using your original payment method, unless we agree otherwise with you.

Cancelling an order

If you wish to cancel an order before it has been dispatched, please contact us as soon as possible. If we receive your request before the order is dispatched, we will cancel it and refund you in full.
