Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to purchases made on the Kingstore Electronics Cyprus website (kingstore.cy). Please read them before you place an order. If you have any question about them, contact us using the details in section 14.

2. Using this website

Please use this website only for lawful purposes. The content, design and images on this website are protected by intellectual property laws and may not be copied without our prior written consent.

3. Orders

When you place an order, we send you an email confirming that we have received it. Please check that the details in it are correct and contact us straight away if anything is wrong.

4. Prices

All prices are shown in euro (€). Any delivery charge is shown at checkout before you pay.

5. Products and availability

Product availability is shown on the product page and can change while you shop.

6. Payment

Available payment methods are shown at checkout.

7. Delivery

The delivery options and any delivery charge for your order are shown at checkout before you pay. See our Delivery & Shipping Information.

8. Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order before it has been dispatched, please contact us as soon as possible. If we receive your request before the order is dispatched, we will cancel it and refund you in full.

9. Returns

To return a product, fill in our Returns form or contact us. We will review your request, give you a return (RMA) number and tell you how to send the product back.

If you change your mind after receiving your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the product. Our Returns & Refunds Policy explains the process.

Refunds are made using your original payment method, unless we agree otherwise with you.

10. Damaged, faulty or incorrect products

If a product arrives damaged or develops a fault, please contact us with your order number and a description of the problem. Photos help us deal with it quickly. Our Warranty Policy page explains what happens next.

If you received a product you did not order, choose "Received Wrong Item" in the Returns form or contact us, and we will arrange the next steps with you.

This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

11. Third-party platforms

These terms cover purchases on kingstore.cy. Purchases made through Wolt or Bazaraki are also subject to the terms of those platforms.

12. Privacy

We use your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. This does not take away any protection you have under the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live.
