The KOOLUX X13 is a three-wheel electric cargo tricycle. It has front and rear baskets, a backrest seat and 20 x 4.0 inch puncture-resistant fat tyres. A 250 W brushless rear hub motor runs from a 48 V 15.6 Ah lithium-ion battery (748.8 Wh), and KOOLUX quotes a range of 50 to 80 km depending on load, terrain and riding mode. Pedal assist has three levels, set at 15, 20 and 25 km/h, and the bike has a Shimano 7-speed drivetrain. Hydraulic brakes, a suspension fork and an aluminium alloy frame are fitted. A multifunction LCD shows speed, distance, battery level and assist level, and LED lights are fitted front and rear. Maximum load is 150 kg, and the stated net weight is about 33.5 kg including the battery. Charging takes 7 to 8 hours with the 54.6 V 2 A charger.
